July Newsletter - The Journey Begins

July is finally here, and that means marching season is officially underway! Over the next few weeks our students will begin camps, make new friendships, start learning their production, and take their first steps toward an incredible season. Whether you're returning for another year or joining us for the first time, we're excited to have you as part of the Band of Fury family. Below you'll find everything you need to know for the weeks ahead.

Band Camp Week Is Here!...

Hello Band Families,

Full Band Camp Week is next week! We are excited to kick off our 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. rehearsals beginning Monday, July 20. This is one of the most important weeks of our season as we begin bringing The Pack to life through hard work, teamwork, and a lot of fun!

Daily Schedule

Band Room Opens: 8:30 a.m (If you need to arrive earlier that cafeteria will be open at 8 am Monday-Thursday)
Breakfast: The cafeteria will be open beginning at 8:30 a.m. for students who would like to eat breakfast. Please DO NOT drink dairy especially, milk.

Lunch Break: 11:45 a.m.
Lunch will be provided by the school Monday through Thursday.
Friday lunch is NOT provided, so students should bring a lunch.
Students may not leave campus during lunch.
Dinner Break: 5:00–6:30 p.m.
Students may leave campus for dinner or remain on campus in the band room or auditorium areas.
If your student would like to order dinner, please complete the Google Form linked in this week's newsletter and posted in Google Classroom.

InstaRaise Fundraiser Begins Monday!

Monday also marks the kickoff of our InstaRaise campaign, our largest fundraiser of the year! Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help support our marching band program throughout the season.

Every student should complete their contact list on Monday (sent home Thursday) to become eligible for kickoff prizes and to help us get off to a strong start.

More contacts mean a greater opportunity for success, so please encourage your student to take a few minutes to complete this important step.

Together, we can reach our goal and continue providing an outstanding experience for every member of the Fury Band!

Bring a towel and a change of clothes!

We can't wait to see everyone on Monday as we begin an incredible week together. Come ready to work hard, encourage one another, and continue building The Pack through strength, unity, teamwork, and resilience. It's going to be an amazing week!
